Jalapeño Poppers

Jalapeño Poppers

Everyone knows about Jalapeño Poppers. I’m sure you’ve had them as an appetizer at your favorite dinner spot. Or maybe purchased them from the frozen food section of your grocery store.

But these, my friends, are spectacular and are so much better when made by YOU, at home. The jalapeños pictured, in fact, came out of our garden. You just can’t get any fresher than that!

They are quick to make and quick to cook whether you choose to cook them on the grill, or in the oven or in the air fryer. The latter is our choice but we’ve historically put them on the grill.

You can also mix it up by adding your favorite seasonings ie, onion powder, smoked paprika, chives, green onions, etc. You can also top with buttered Panko crumbs prior to cooking. You get the idea, make it your own!

You can serve with a side of Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing for dipping, if you desire.
