Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup water
- 2 cups almonds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Combine sugar, cream of tartar, cinnamon, and water.
- Cook to soft ball stage.
- Add vanilla and almonds.
- Stir until almonds are surgery.
- Pour onto waxed paper and separate almonds. Cool.
- Store in a covered container.
