- 10 ounce package frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1/2 ounce agave nectar
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 1/2 ounce blanco tequila
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
Instructions
- Take the thawed raspberries and puree them completely. I used a stick blender which is perfect. You can use a blender as well or a wire whisk.
- In your cocktail shaker, mix 1/4 cup raspberry puree, the agave nectar, the lime juice, the tequila, and orange liqueur. Add ice, cover, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain into a margarita glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
Notes
Refrigerate remaining raspberry puree for up to 2 weeks.
