Boarding Reservation Form
In Patti’s Place is now accepting reservations for Greyhound (only) boarding by Patti in her home (no kennel or basement boarding)! With over 21 years experience owning and fostering multiple Greyhounds, you can rest assured your Greyhound will be well loved, socialized, and cared for while at In Patti’s Place. You just bring the food, treats, and any medications! And don’t forget the muzzle! It’s your Greyhound’s own B&B!!
I am also certified in Pet First Aid through the American Red Cross.
My rates are $40 per Greyhound per night. Concessions may be made for multiple Greyhounds (3 or more) from the same household. If you’d like your Greyhound to get a nail trim during their stay, it is $15 per Greyhound. I clip and Dremel, depending on the dog. Ear cleaning is $5 per Greyhound. And I can bathe your Greyhound for an additional $10. He/she will be squeaky clean when departing and will smell like a Spring daisy!
I do request that meals be pre-packed in individual zip lock baggies primarily so that you are certain all meals are included. However, if you happen to forget your Greyhound’s food or didn’t pack enough for their stay, it is $4 per meal. I feed Victor, a no grain kibble sourced and made in Texas.
I can also pick up your Greyhound at your home and deliver him/her back home after your trip for $25 per travel hour (to and from).
Drop-offs can be made any day after 9 a.m. and pick-ups can be made any day before 9 p.m.
To summarize:
Boarding – $40 per night per Greyhound
Nail Trim – $15 per Greyhound
Ear Cleaning – $5 per Greyhound
Bath – $10 per Greyhound
No Grain Kibble -$4 per Greyhound per meal
Door to Door Pick Up/Delivery – $25 per travel hour
Zelle and Venmo are the preferred methods of payment, although checks and cash are also accepted.
Our boarders enjoy an atmosphere where they can play, relax, and be part of the family. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how well adjusted your Greyhound will be to home boarding as opposed to kennel boarding.

Patti watched our greyhound Carly during the Christmas holidays and we are so thankful she was able to help us. Patti offered to meet us at a convenient location (we appreciated that since we live far from her) and we handed Carly over to her very capable and loving hands. She is so dedicated to the hounds which is evident in the work she does with SCG! Carly made some new friends and was treated like a member of Patti’s family. Carly was never lonely and enjoyed hanging out with Patti’s own greyhounds and foster. They became “fast” friends you could say! If you need a place for your hound, give In Patti’s Place a call. It’s nice to have another greyt place to board the hounds!

Patti cared for my two precious Greyhounds while I went on vacation.Knowing they were with her allowed me to relax and enjoy my time. I knew they would be well cared for, have an opportunity to play in the large fenced yard and loved, just like she loves her own! She even delivered them to me when I returned.
They always love seeing her and her hounds when we have an opportunity to get together, so I know they had a good experience.
If you want to know your Greyhound(s) are in a good place when you travel, you can’t go wrong with choosing to board with her!

We first met Patti in December of 2014. We were interested in adopting a sweet greyhound. Patti brought a grey to our house and we knew that this dog was the right one for our family.
Patti has been a wonderful caregiver to our dog. She treats her like one of her own, giving her love and affection. Patti followed our instructions to give our dog eyedrops, and drove halfway to pick up and drop her off. I would totally recommend Patti without hesitation.

Patti took care of our sweet greyhound, Hannah, for over a week while we were away. She treats her boarders like they’re part of the family and we never worried about our pup while she was away. She posts pictures of her boarders on her blog so you see how well they’re doing (usually roaching in total comfort on a slumber ball). The idea of leaving our delicate breed in a cold kennel at the vet never appealed to us. Instead, Patti welcomes the dogs into her home to be treated as house guests. No cold floors here; only warm beds and lots of love. Patti is a true gift to greyhounds and the dogs all adore her. Our Hannah will be spending another 9 nights with Patti in September and we know she’ll be well taken care of.
