Anyone who knows me, knows I’ve been on this sourdough journey since March of 2024. I’ve made all sorts of things with active sourdough and discard as well. It’s been quite a learning experience and quite a food journey for myself and my husband. We never tire from it which is a good thing.
Below is my recipe for Sourdough Discard Crackers. They are very delightful, especially when warm and crispy straight out of the oven. No special tools needed, just the ingredients including sourdough discard!!
