My husband presented me with an Insta Pot the other evening. It’s our joint Christmas gift. I must admit at first I was a bit skeptical. I mean, what are we going to do with another kitchen gadget? Our counters are lined with everything from an air fryer to a toaster to a gadget that mixes ice cream for you and everything in between. We are not lacking ways to cook, blend, mix, broil, toast, chop, shred, etc. ANYTHING.

It’s an 8-quart “mack daddy” Insta Pot so the possibilities are endless. I plan to make Crack Chicken tonight and over the weekend we’ll be doing a Cheesecake.

But last night our very first effort in the Insta Pot was to boil eggs. Look how perfect they are! And the shells just fell off when peeling. It was truly spectacular. If you’re in charge of the Deviled Eggs for Thanksgiving, I highly recommend you purchase an Insta Pot. You will thank me later!!
