We had an abundance of peppers from the garden this summer. So what to do with them? Well, we made pepper sauce! Yum yum! It’s so easy. I bought the jars from Amazon, stuffed them with the peppers (I used Tabasco peppers), made the vinegar sauce, and then poured it into the jars. Add the cap and wa-la, you’re done.
The recipient of the pepper sauce can simply add vinegar to the bottle and continue using the pepper sauce for months to come. Can’t beat that!
