Patti’s Sourdough Goodies

Sourdough relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, rather than baker’s yeast, to leaven the dough. It’s richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, contains lower amounts of gluten, and is generally easier to digest than bread made with baker’s yeast.

All loaves are pre-sliced unless otherwise noted. Pickup only unless previous arrangements have been made. Please order 48 hours before needed.

Delicious Apple Fritter Bread full of fresh apples, brown sugar and cinnamon topped with a powdered sugar glaze. Baked fresh to order. Of course, you'll taste a hint of sourdough starter in every bite. This loaf is NOT presliced.

Packaging: White paper bread bag

Storage: Because our bread contains no preservatives, the shelf life should not exceed 3 days. If not consumed within that timeframe, it is best to freeze any leftover bread and take out to thaw, as needed.

Allergens: May contain wheat flour utilized to develop sourdough starter. Contains apples, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and vanilla.
