Patti’s Sourdough Goodies

Sourdough relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, rather than baker’s yeast, to leaven the dough. It’s richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, contains lower amounts of gluten, and is generally easier to digest than bread made with baker’s yeast.

All loaves are pre-sliced unless otherwise noted. Pickup only unless previous arrangements have been made. Please order 48 hours before needed.

Meet our most basic loaf of sourdough bread but this time including bits of Sun Dried Tomatoes, shredded Mozzarella, and fresh chopped Basil. Perfect accompaniment for your Italian dinner!

Packaging: White bread bag.

Storage: Because our bread contains no preservatives, the shelf life should not exceed 3 days. If not consumed within that timeframe, it is best to freeze leftover slices.

Allergens: May contain wheat flour utilized to develop sourdough starter. Depending on option selected, may contain nuts, dried fruit or herbs.
